Today I AM Epworth completed the follow-up of the Child Interest Activity checklist. The responses given by the kids was indeed positive. Great appreciation of the program was displayed by both parents and children. The efforts of the parents was commendable although there were few cases that required the teachers’ direct intervention. Efforts to address the failure to meet required targets by 6 kids are being drafted.
Requirements noted:
- movable White board
- magazines
- the need to profile each child
We noted too with concern of little effort by a few parents to assist in their child’s’ learning. We will strategize a way around this issue. Overall this operation was a success. We are positive it can only get better with time.
